re:parallel is back again to start off the year in style, we are happy to collaborate with the great Satelliet Studio of Berlin for a fresh start of the year hosting 2 veterans at the field in the heart of the city centre, label boss INTHEISMAH and OTIS for a special live performance.

Satelliet Studio is a multidisciplinary brand, strictly operating with clubbing entertainment and alternative clothing manufacture.�a perfect blend between design and music, benefited from ravewear trend originating on focusing underground scene and early free party subcultures, sharing positive message through different network platforms.

research, experimental, evolution are the main point that better feature the character of this versatile artist. a true love for arts and music scene from the past, a vision to the future, keeping them into something new. musically the roots are planted in rock and dub, up to electro house and techno stuff picking is own style tracks. a mix of vibration and emotion. a mix of light and darkness.

OTIS (live) 

aka Enrico Locati was born in Turin, Italy in 1990. He discovered his love for clubbing thanks to the vibrant electronic music scene in Turin during the 2000s. Soon after he began living in places like Barcelona, Ibiza, London and Berlin to discover and connect with the local scenes in those cities where he could deepen and cultivate his passion for electronic music. With the purchase of his first turntable in 2013 he reached a turning point and began properly to start digging and collecting records. At the same time he started to take his first steps into music production.
It was in London where he deepened his technical knowledge working as a sound technician and studying live sound. He then decided it was time to take the next step and relocate to the epicenter of electronic music, Berlin, where he still lives now. In Berlin he continued to develop his technical and theoretical knowledge through further study of music production and audio engineering. Soon came the release of his debut EP on the “Amazing Stories” record label followed by another solo EP on the Berlin based “Partisan” record label. Those first releases paved the way for what came after. Otis's name appears on Labels such as Eya records, Lonewolfe, Lunasa, System error, Exarde and lately also with a collaboration
on the brand new label of Shonky, Stoned Pilot.
Having played legendary venues including Club der Visionäre, Hoppetosse, Watergate, Salon Zur Wilden Renate, Outcast, Closer, The Mudd Show, Red 58 and Rok Club to name a few, Otis's unique driving sound continues to make a lasting impact on
the dancefloors helping shape today's underground electronic music scene.
Drawing a lot of influence from 70s, 80s & 90s music, inspired by his friends and fathers record collections and taking many structural elements from HipHop, Jazz, and all the electronic music listened around the world that inspired him, forms the blend that shape his productions today. Otis is a “studio addict" obsessively researching and exploring in order to push the sonic boundaries, never forgetting the mission to transmit deep emotions to the listeners.

Perhaps best stated by the label themselves… the purpose is not to conquer the radio or tv. The measurement unit is not the chart, but the pure feeling and sensation on the dancefloor.
