The legal relationship referred to in section IV/1 is defined by the regulations available on the official website of the Event or the Event Organizer. Therefore, the Site shall not be party to any legal disputes between the User and the Event Organizer.
The transferability of tickets is determined by the Event Organizer. In the case of transfer, the new ticket holder must accept the Site’s General Terms and Conditions, which the previous ticket holder is obligated to inform them of.
Tickets are issued with unique QR codes. The ticket holder can be identified in the database using a combination of their name and date of birth. This helps protect against ticket forgery.
The Site will take all reasonable steps to notify the User and facilitate the refund of tickets in the event of a canceled event. The User acknowledges that the refund process, location, and deadline in the event of cancellation are determined by the Event Organizer, who bears full responsibility for the process.
Without an official instruction from the Event Organizer to issue refunds, the Site cannot be obligated to refund tickets or return the purchase price.
If war, rebellion, terrorism, strike, accident, fire, blockade, flood, natural disaster, severe energy supply disruption, or any other unforeseeable and unavoidable obstacle outside the control of the User or the Site prevents either party from fulfilling any contractual obligation, that party shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from such events.
The User declares that they have read and understood the rules regarding attendance at the Event and the use of tickets, and has purchased the tickets based on this understanding.
The User bears full responsibility for consequences or damages resulting from the loss, theft, misprinting, copying, or multiple printing of self-printed tickets downloaded from the Site or received via email. The User must bring a printed version of the E-ticket or present it on a mobile device at the Event. The User agrees that the QR code on the E-ticket can be electronically verified by the Event Organizer at the venue and will be immediately invalidated after the first validation. Entry is based on the first successful validation. Any subsequent attempt to enter with the same ticket will be considered invalid and denied, regardless of whether the person presenting the ticket is the original purchaser. The Site is not liable for any damages resulting from such denial of entry.
The User hereby irrevocably assumes responsibility from the Site for any fines, damages, or costs imposed jointly with the party authorized to issue invoices under Act CXXVII of 2007 on Value Added Tax (hereinafter: VAT Act), arising from the violation of the said Act or this Agreement by the User, as claimed by the competent authorities or third parties.

The total gross price (including VAT) for the contracted product or service is indicated on the "cart" page of the purchase interface, which specifies the gross ticket price, handling fees, and any delivery fees. No additional charges may apply beyond the listed gross prices.
The Service Provider does not offer indefinite or flat-rate contracts. The indicated total cost includes all expenses related to the specific purchase.
The Buyer’s own telecommunications provider may charge fees for internet, mobile, or other connections used to complete the purchase (e.g., mobile payment). However, the Service Provider itself does not apply premium-rate charges.
All listed prices include VAT and are expressed in Hungarian forints. Due to the nature of the service, unit prices are not provided. If the System or in-person purchases at ticketing points require a handling fee, this is clearly indicated in the online System during the purchase process. If not verbally stated at in-person purchases, it is still shown on the invoice sent to the Buyer’s email. The handling fee is the fee for the Provider’s services and is not related to the use of a bank card or other payment method.
Additional delivery and payment options (e.g., courier services) may incur further charges, which are precisely indicated by the System. The total service fee includes all such costs. Payment and delivery of the electronic ticket occur almost instantaneously to the email provided by the Buyer. Tickets are delivered electronically only.
Service provision is immediate and automatic. Rules on complaints are detailed in Section X of this document.
Information on the right of withdrawal and termination is detailed in Section VII and Appendices 2 and 3 of this document.
The Service Provider does not engage in transactions where the consumer would be required to reimburse reasonable costs if they exercise their right of withdrawal or termination.
According to Section 29 (1) l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or termination if the ticket is for an event with a specific date. Additional information on these rights is found in Section VII and Appendices 2 and 3.
According to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.), no warranty obligation applies to the range of products sold by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider has not signed and does not adhere to any codes of conduct pursuant to the Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices against Consumers.
Contracts between the Service Provider and the Buyer are concluded for a fixed period, lasting until the date of the Event or the visit (e.g., exhibition tickets not tied to a specific date), or until the product is received in case of physical goods.
The contract cannot convert into an indefinite term agreement.
The Buyer has no obligations beyond payment.
The Service Provider does not require any deposit or financial guarantee from the Buyer.

Consumer Dispute Resolution: Disputes regarding product quality, safety, liability, service quality, or contractual issues between consumers and businesses can be resolved outside of court by a conciliation board. The board attempts to mediate an agreement or, if unsuccessful, makes a binding decision. They also offer advice on consumer rights and obligations. Conciliation boards are independent bodies operating alongside county (or capital) chambers of commerce and industry.
The board competent based on the Service Provider’s seat is the Budapest Conciliation Board. Address: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99, III. floor 310. Mailing address: 1253 Budapest, P.O. Box 10.
VII. Right of Withdrawal and Termination
- The purchase may be canceled without consequences at any time before pressing the "Payment" or "Order with payment obligation" button. According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) Section 29 (1) l), the Buyer cannot withdraw or terminate if the ticket is for an event on a specific date. In such cases, the Service Provider cannot refund the ticket or the purchase amount.
- If the Buyer purchases a book, publication, or merchandising product subject to the consumer withdrawal and termination rights of the Decree, they may exercise these rights as follows: a) If the item was delivered by courier, it must be returned to the Service Provider’s address (1146 Budapest, Thököly út 105–107, 2nd floor, door 23) within 14 days from the withdrawal notice. The Buyer bears the return cost. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and functioning of the product. b) If the Buyer lawfully withdraws, the Service Provider will refund the full amount within 30 days from being informed.
- For tickets, refunds are issued via the original payment method. If purchased online via Barion, the refund will be automatically sent to the Buyer’s bank card. If the card has changed and Barion notifies the Buyer (e.g., via email), this must be forwarded to the Service Provider with a provided bank account number. The refund will be transferred by bank with a gross 500 HUF administration fee.
For physical product sales, the Service Provider may withhold the refund until the product is returned or until the Buyer proves it was sent back.
XI. Rules Applicable to Events
XI. Rules Applicable to Events
- The proper execution of the Event as announced is the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer. The name and other identifying details of the Event Organizer are provided in Section I, or, if the Event Organizer differs, on the front of the Ticket. The Buyer acknowledges that the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the holding of the Event attended with the purchased Ticket, the performance or participation quality of the artists, athletes, etc., or the organization of the Event itself. Legal and service obligations regarding event participation arise solely between the Ticket holder and the Event Organizer. These legal relationships are governed by the rules published on the Event or Event Organizer's official website. The Service Provider is therefore not a party to any potential disputes between the Event Organizer and the Buyer (or current holder of the Ticket), even if such disputes relate to the Event’s quality or cancellation. Participation rules and venue regulations may vary significantly by Event or performance and are set by the Event Organizer.
- Tickets are freely transferable unless otherwise specified by the Event Organizer. In such cases, the Event listing contains specific rules. The Buyer agrees to only transfer the Ticket if the new holder accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
- Unless otherwise stated on the Ticket, it entitles the holder to a one-time entry to the Event indicated. Lost, damaged, or destroyed Tickets cannot be replaced.
- The start time shown on the Ticket is indicative; the actual start time may differ.
- Depending on the Ticket type, it may contain digital and other security features to prevent forgery. If the Service Provider, Event Organizer, or on-site security detects damage, missing elements, signs of tampering, or deems the Ticket forged or copied, entry may be denied or the holder may be asked to leave the Event premises. No compensation can be claimed from the Service Provider in such cases.
- Certain Tickets are only valid for specific user groups (e.g., child, senior, or professional tickets). Eligibility is not checked during purchase. On-site security may verify eligibility. Entry may be denied until eligibility is confirmed. No compensation is due in such cases.
- Some Tickets may only grant access to specific areas within the Event.
- Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk. While the Event Organizer does their best to ensure safety, the Ticketing Provider accepts no responsibility for damages caused by irresponsible visitors. Persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or mind-altering substances may not attend the Event, even with a valid Ticket.
- Photos and recordings may be made at the Event; attendees may appear in these. No claims may be made against the Ticketing Provider in this regard.
- Visitors who violate participation rules, venue regulations, or instructions from security/law enforcement may be removed from the Event. No compensation may be claimed from the Service Provider for such exclusions.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to make justified changes to performers or other event components.
- For outdoor Events, a backup (rain) date may be announced. The Event Organizer may decide to hold the Event on this date. Buyers will be notified via the Ticketing Provider’s website. No withdrawal rights apply in such cases. According to industry practice, Events interrupted, shortened, or delayed due to weather but more than halfway completed, or delayed/paused within specified limits, are considered fulfilled. The Organizer may set different rules.
- The Service Provider will do its best to notify Buyers and facilitate refunds in case of cancellation. However, the Organizer sets the refund process, location, and deadline. The Service Provider is not responsible without a refund mandate from the Organizer. Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of the announcement with the original Ticket and proof of purchase.
Beyond the Ticket’s face value, neither the Organizer nor the refund issuer is obliged to reimburse any alleged costs or damages. Refunds are not available for other reasons.
- In case of war, rebellion, terrorism, strike, accident, fire, flood, pandemic authority orders, natural disaster, power failure, or any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance beyond the control of either party, the affected party is not liable for losses or damages. If the Organizer learns of such an obstacle and cancels the Event, the Ticketing Provider will inform Buyers promptly. The Organizer may attempt to reschedule the Event if feasible, but the Ticketing Provider is not required to refund in such cases.
- From September 1, 2021, a convenience fee applies to purchases at physical sales points: 3% of the Ticket’s price, listed as a convenience fee on the invoice. For SZÉP Card payments, a 5% convenience fee applies.
X. Complaints Handling
The Buyer may submit complaints related to the operation of the Website, the ticket purchasing process, technical errors of the system, and services provided by the Service Provider to the following address: [email protected].
The Service Provider can only accept and investigate complaints that are directly related to the ticketing system operated by the Service Provider. Complaints related to the organization, execution, performers, venue conditions, or any other aspect directly related to the Event must be addressed to the Event Organizer. The Service Provider cannot accept, investigate, or fulfill any claims based on such complaints, as it does not participate in the organization or execution of the Event.
The Service Provider will respond in writing to any received complaint falling within its competence as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the complaint. In the case of rejection, the response will include the reason for rejection and information about the Buyer’s legal remedies, with particular attention to the possibility of turning to a conciliation body.
During the complaint handling process, the Buyer must clearly state their complaint and provide all necessary information (e.g. name, contact details, purchase information, subject of the complaint).
XI. Rules Regarding the Event
XI. Rules Regarding the Event
- The proper execution of the Event as announced is the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer. The name and identifying details of the Event Organizer can be found in Section I or, if different, on the front of the Ticket. The Buyer acknowledges that the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the performance or participation of artists, athletes, or any other participants at the Event, nor for the organization or quality of the Event itself. The legal relationship and service obligations related to attending the Event arise between the Ticket holder and the Event Organizer. This relationship is governed by the regulations available on the official website of the Event or the Event Organizer. Therefore, the Service Provider is not a party to any legal disputes between the Buyer (or the current holder of the ticket) and the Event Organizer regarding the quality or cancellation of the Event. Participation terms, house rules of the venue, and Event-specific rules may vary significantly and are determined by the Event Organizer.
- Tickets are freely transferable unless otherwise stated by the Event Organizer. In such cases, the Event details page will specify the applicable rules. The Buyer declares that they will only transfer the Ticket if the new holder has accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
- Unless otherwise stated on the Ticket, it entitles one person to a single entry to the Event specified on the Ticket. Lost, damaged, or destroyed Tickets cannot be replaced.
- The start time indicated on the Ticket is for informational purposes only and may differ from the actual start time.
- Depending on the type, the Ticket may include digital and other security features to prevent counterfeiting. If the Service Provider, Event Organizer, or the security personnel at the venue detects that the security features have been tampered with, are missing, or show signs of deliberate damage, reproduction, or copying, entry to the Event may be denied and the holder may be asked to leave. In such cases, the Buyer cannot claim compensation from the Service Provider.
- Certain Tickets are valid only for specific groups (e.g., child tickets, senior tickets, professional passes). The Service Provider does not verify eligibility at the time of purchase. The Event Organizer, via the security service, is entitled to check whether the holder is authorized to use a special type of ticket. Entry may be denied until eligibility is proven. No compensation is due in case of exclusion for this reason.
- In some cases, Tickets may grant access only to specific areas within the Event.
- Attendance at the Event is at the individual's own risk. While the Event Organizer takes all reasonable measures to ensure safety, the Ticketing Platform accepts no liability for incidents caused by irresponsible attendees. Under the influence of intoxicating substances, even a valid Ticket does not entitle entry.
- Photo and audio recordings may be made at the Event, capturing attendees. Visitors acknowledge that they have no claims against the Ticketing Platform in this regard.
- Attendees violating the terms of participation, venue house rules, or instructions of the security service or law enforcement may be removed by the Event Organizer to maintain safety and the experience of others. In such cases, the Service Provider cannot be held liable.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to make justified changes to performers, cast, or program content.
- For outdoor Events, the Event Organizer may designate a rain date. If announced, the Event may be rescheduled to the rain date at the Organizer's discretion. Buyers will be notified via the website. Attending on a rain date does not entitle the Buyer to withdraw. Industry norms consider an Event duly held if more than half of the program is delivered or delays do not exceed 50% of the planned duration or interruptions are less than 25% of the time. The Event Organizer may define different terms for specific Events.
- The Service Provider will make every effort to inform Buyers in the event of a cancellation and assist with refunds. However, the Buyer acknowledges that refund procedures, locations, and deadlines are determined and handled solely by the Event Organizer. The Service Provider will publish refund details on its website as soon as it receives them from the Organizer. Without an official mandate from the Event Organizer, the Service Provider is not obliged to refund Tickets or their value. Refunds can only be made within 30 calendar days from the public announcement and require the original Ticket and proof of purchase.
Beyond the ticket price – which must be refunded in full – neither the Event Organizer nor the Service Provider is obliged to cover any alleged or actual damages or costs. Refunds are not possible for reasons other than cancellation of the Event.
- In the event of war, uprising, terrorist act, strike, accident, fire, blockade, flood, epidemic-related official decree or action, natural disaster, severe energy supply disruption, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of either the Buyer or the Service Provider, neither party shall be liable for losses or damages arising from such circumstances.
If the Event Organizer becomes aware of such an obstacle and is forced to cancel an Event, the Ticketing Platform will inform Buyers as soon as possible. Once the obstacle is removed, the Organizer may attempt to reschedule the Event, provided that the number of affected Events, the nature of the obstacle, and available capacity allow for it. Otherwise, no refund obligation applies.
- As of September 1, 2021, an additional convenience fee is charged for purchases made at physical sales points. The convenience fee is 3% of the ticket price, which will appear on the invoice as a separate line item. For SZÉP card payments, the fee is 5%.
XII. Final Provisions
- The Ticketing Provider may engage subcontractors and is liable for them as if the service were performed by itself.
- These Terms and Conditions are drafted in Hungarian, and the laws of Hungary apply to their interpretation and to any matters not covered herein.
